The above Royal Mail Shire Horse Society were issued on 05 July 1978 by Royal Mail and feature the following stamp designs: 9p Shire Horse; 10 1/2p Shetland Pony; 11p Welsh Pony; 13p Thoroughbred. The Red Rum first day cover with the Epsom Downs, CDS Postmark postmark has been produced by Philart and features these stamps which can make a very collectible and lovely gift.
