The above Royal Mail Maritime Clocks were issued on 16 February 1993 by Royal Mail and feature the following stamp designs: 24p, 28p, 33p, 39p four layers of Harrison's H4 clock. The Nelson's Victory first day cover with the Portsmouth, HMS Victory, Special Handstamp postmark has been produced by Benham and features these stamps which can make a very collectible and lovely gift.
